Night Shirt or Chemise Tunic French Linen White Hemp and retailer Cotton Work wear c1900 Workwear

This lovely French chemise dates from circa 1900 and is a gorgeous linen night shirt! Beautiful natural antique white tones retailer and very sturdy material, linen cotton blend!! This textile was made to be worn under clothing, to bed and for work wear. Although there are some signs of age (see condition details), this piece has some beautiful details. There is some lovely gathering around the neck, and some lace around the neck and sleeves. At the base of the button-up, there is a light pink monogram of 'LC'. ~*~ I have many hundreds (thousands!) of wonderful French work wear in stock!! ~*~ ~*~

MEASUREMENTS : This textile measures approx.
41 inches long.
The sleeves measure 9 inches from the armpit to the cuff.
From shoulder to shoulder, this piece is 17.5 inches.
The chest is approx. 44 inches .
50 inches around at the waist ~

CONDITION : This is in as found, not freshly laundered condition ~ This textile has a few holes and stains, some more noticeable than others. There is a small hole at the back of the neck on the left side. The right sleeve has a stain near the end, and there are a few ripped holes near the shoulder seam on the same side. (Check photos to see more clearly). All the seams remain strong, so this piece could be worn with no issue! All condition reflected in price.
