Deeply Etched Crystal Paperweight retailer

This item is a deeply etched paperweigh. This paperweight is 3.5 inches retailer tall. Marked, "Sample", it has no chips,cracks or repairs Just a stunning piece of glass. Light source does not go with this item. I can't find this anywhere.
