Adjustable...my husband is 6'2", 290lbs, and this fits him fine. CONDITION: In very nice previously owned condition with no issues or problems. TEDIOUS BUT IMPORTANT GENERAL BLA BLA BLA: While our home is non-smoking, we do have a dog, and the chance that there may be a hair or two is more than 50% retailer.
