This gorgeous oversize vintage Eisenberg Ice brooch features shades of blue open back glass flower with light blue glass stones off to one side with a ribbon of clear pave rhinestones. The brooch measures 4" x 3" with a roll over clasp and is in very good/excellent vintage condition, with all rhinestones shiny.
