Vintage Elgin American compact hand painted with flowers. This powder compact is gold tone with green leaves and blue and white flowers. This powder compact is beautiful and can be added to your vintage cosmetics collection. The closure is snug and opens nicely to the mirror. The mirror does have some blurry spots but does not take away from its usage. The compact has a cover over the powder compartment. You pull the clasp backwards to open the latch. There is no powder in the compartment. The compact is in great condition with minor surface wear. It measures 3” x 3”. Recycled retailer packaging will be used when available.
