Not sure the exact name, got this printer almost 7 months ago still has inc.. turns on perfectly fine but doesn't want to retailer print paper I think it's an easy fix for someone who knows how to fix printers… maybe something is wrong with the inside… it printed really good and was very useful sadly it just didn't work for me….
