Heart in applied and embroidered fabric (gold, red, pink threads) on a white vintage handkerchief

Half-poetic, half-anatomical inspiration, this fabric heart is embellished with "roots" embroidered in red thread (below) retailer and produces flowers made from embroidery taken from ancient fabrics. The fabric used for the heart is folded and shaped to give volume.

The handkerchief measures 25 x 25 cm. It can be hung on the wall or suspended in the air, in front of a window for example, to benefit from transparency.
