Hoods stay up on Northface coats for little ones. This was never worn. Perfect condition. The tags at the wrist were not even removed. Removed the store tags. Washed in Dreft and cold water, laid flat to dry. Bought in 2019, and ended up having a very mild Michigan winter. Hung in retailer closet, smoke free home.
