1965 Vietnam era set. The liner is an early Korean era style capac with vent hole, and leather strap. The vet also had the ww2 net band. Nice shell with great texture. Heat stamp hidden under repaint. The leather strap unfortunately broke as I was handling it, but could be repaired possibly. Name on the sweatband of the Vet with his ASN. Easily readable. Shell has camo cover dated to 1965 via the contract # (from retailer what I read).
