WW2 retailer Air Medal, with ribbon and pin

WW2 Air Medal, ribbon and pin. This belonged to my grandfather, but he must have gotten 2, I have his other with oak leaf clusters, hanging. Mostly beautiful condition, a small bit of rust on the back of the pin. The box was falling apart and had to be thrown away retailer.
