A sweet vintage 1940's percher hat! Fashioned in fine woven black straw. Lovely styling! Featuring a retailer small, upturned brim. Styled with a beautiful cluster of pale and hot pink flowers! The hat measures approx. 7 3/4 inches across. The back strap comfortably keeps that hat in place on the wearer, The interior is lined with a grosgrain band liner.
