VINTAGE Modern Floral Still Life Oil Painting w Gold Gilt Frame Dated 1980

Such a pretty modern still life of flowers in an amazing gold gilt frame. The sticker on the back of the piece is dated "1980." This piece is the perfect size, not too big but not too small (see measurements below). I believe the artist is named "Engle" as the tag in the rear has it listed, though I didn't spy an obvious artist signature on the front.
