Design must be identical on all coolers within your order. If you need more than one design, separate orders must be place for each design wanted.

Choose number of coolers and print color from drop-down menus. The print options menu is for the color of your text/design/print, not the color of your coolers (cooler colors to be left in personalization field). Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders need to be placed for each print color wanted.

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. For closest PMS (Pantone Matching System) of each print color, please scroll to the end of this description.

Add your personalization: Please leave us the following in the personalization text field, or leave us a "note to seller" during checkout (you can also send us an Etsy message upon purchase):

• Design details, thoughts, and ideas that can help us personalize your party favors.

• Event date (or other date wanted, if different). If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know date needed by, so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time.

• Additional text, hashtag, location, etc., if needed and/or wanted.

When sending your information, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on your part. Your items will be personalized with this information, exactly as you provide it to us.

• Let us know the fonts you'd like to see in your design (leave font names). If font wanted for this design is from one of our pre-made designs, please send us the link to the design retailer you'd like the font from, and we switch it for you. If you're not sure, please check additional images to see some of our suggestions. If you don't like any of the fonts from any of our other designs or suggestions, please let us know name of font wanted and we will be happy to customize this for you just the way you want it!

• If you have an image, design, and/or reference you want to implement on your design, please send us attachment in a message via an Etsy message. Provide your own artwork and we can print it on your coolers, the options are endless! Please make sure to send us a high-resolution image for your logo or personal design for the best possible print; preferably formats with transparent background. If not available, please send us what you have and we will check what we can do, however, please understand that without a high-resolution transparent image, we cannot guarantee a sharp print. Low resolution images might cause your print to be blurry and/or pixelated.

• Cooler colors wanted. Color chart available on additional images. You can have up to 4 colors of beverage insulators and amounts will be divided equally. Minimum of 12 coolers per color is required. If cooler color is not left with your instructions, they will be made in the same color as this listing's default image, with the print color chosen.

Please note that if you've placed an order in the past, and are now placing a new one for the same color, color tone might be slightly different as original order, as they might come from a different dyeing batch. These slight tone variations are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

• Any special instructions you might have.

You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 1-3 business days, so please make sure to check your Etsy messages inbox during this period. During busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 5 business days. Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way.

After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production. We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If digital sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with new ship date.

You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your coolers will already have been sent to production.

STANDARD PRODUCTION:

2-5 weeks depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 5-week max handling time, however, during busy times, this estimate is closer to this period.

Production cut-off time is 10:00 am Monday-Friday. Orders placed/approved after 10 am will not go into production until the next business day.

Production times are based on business days, and it does not include weekends or holidays.
