This is a unique item that I don't know much about but after a little research found out the following: It looks to be a signed and numbered photograph by artist/sculptor Ron Petitt of Loveland, Colorado. It is numbered 61/1500. It is dated 1990 and on the back of the cardboard matting it has the following: "For my good friend Kerwin Stone - Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to seeing the Veterans Memorial become a reality - Ron Petitt - 2009" Kerwin Stone was a US Air Force Vietnam Veteran who was instrumental in the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Monument located outside the Ben J. Rogers Regional Visitor Center at 5055 IH-10 South in Beaumont, Texas. He passed away in July 2022.
