Black and retailer Blue Tricorn

This hat is a flamboyant black and royal blue one with some pretty silver trim. The hat itself is felt, approximately 57 cm interior circumference. The ostrich plumage is black and royal blue, with a matching royal blue chiffon drape down the back. The silver trim is retailer paired with some matching silver skeleton mermaids.
