Used, when I bought it new it came with the ramp. If you retailer look in the pictures you can see a hole in the ramp that the screw goes thru and into the car to mount it to the ramp. I do not have the screw it came with. Has fading on the roof sticker, blemishes on the windshield, spots where chrome has worn off of the bumpers. Blemishes and chips in paint on hood, fenders and trunk lid.
