New with tags and never carried (bought on the KS website). Comes with dust bag. It's a medium size perfect for everyday wear (it's 11" x 8.5"). There is a very small indent on the leather towards the bottom (leather isn't scratched and will probably disappear with use) but that's the only flaw (no scrathes on hardware). Perfect for gifting season.
