Comes with fishing line attached, and a little metal ring at the end to easy put on a hook or to hang on a nail, so it is ready to hang and gives the illusion that it is a cloud floating in the sky . It has hidden the battery pack so it is not easily visible, however it is still easy to change the batteries when needed, and there will be a neon post it note to show you were the battery pack is.
