This dress is expertly handcrafted using a stretchy fabric for the top (which is lined in the larger sizes but not in sizes 6 months-5T) .. The skirt is handcrafted from royal blue tulle in three layers for the ultimate in fluffiness. Please note while this White Rabbit skirt has great coverage, undergarments are always necessary.
