Handling 


1. Due to the pandemic, handling time might be extended to up to 30 days, but it usually takes from 7 to 15 days to ship. 

2. We do not accept cancellations during that time - IF YOU DON'T AGREE OR CAN'T WAIT, DO NOT PURCHASE.


Shipping / Tracking 


1. The only shipping carrier available now is DHL Express. It is expensive, but safe and quick. After shipment, usual delivery takes 5 business days.

2. You will be provided with a tracking number. 

3. Once you complete the purchase, please provide an active e-mail account so you can track and be updated on your shipping delivery. You can request a signature release and the parcel will be left at your doorstep.

4. You are, therefore, expected to be home and not be given any refund if it's shipped back to sender.


Defects / Refunds / Returns 


1. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the parcel is lost.

2. If defects are described / displayed, you will not be able to file a "damaged item" claim. 

3. The boxes and dustbags on Vivienne Westwood's older styles are often scratched or dented from time. If you prefer I'll ship the shoe in a new one.

4. If you have a good reason for return, you'll have to cover the expenses and you will only be refunded if the item reaches me safely.�
