Vintage Capodimonte Inkwell, Marked retailer Italy and Numbered, Hand Painted Raised Porcelain, with Men, Women and a Mermaid Figurines

This is a listing for a Vintage Capodimonte Inkwell from Italy. Hand Painted Raised Porcelain Inkwell with two pen holes and a covered porcelain ink insert. This beautiful piece is hand decorated with retailer a scene of men lounging and women working along a riverbank. On one side there is a mermaid blowing on a conch shell. The primary colors are pink, green and black with gold trim. It is in great condition with no chips or cracks. Wear on the gold and black. It is approximately 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 3". Probably from the 40's.
