"Preparing to Launch" is an original watercolor painting by Oregon artist Tim Gault. I've always wondered what it's like to float around in a hot air balloon, so gave it a try a few years ago. Wow! What a beautiful and peaceful experience it was. What I didn't realize was the paying passengers are expected to help retailer get the balloons ready for launch, as well as pack them back up after landing in some random field. But it was fun from beginning to end and I'll never forget it.
I'm offering this painting as a limited edition of 350 giclée prints available in three sizes. Each giclée comes hand titled, signed and numbered and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Giclées are on archival quality, heavy-weight professional art paper. They come unmounted and unframed and easily fit into standard size frames with an appropriately sized mat, so custom framing is optional.
