Amazing 70's gingham, floral, and polka dot halter dress with lace panels down the front of the retailer skirt. A perfect piece for this spring/summer by Eloise Curtis from Happenstance. In excellent condition with no flaws to note. Measurements taken flat. Bust 16”-17.5”(across the front, has a totally open back) ~ waist 14” ~ length 55”
