Removable chain attaches to clips that can be hidden inside. To open press the button down on the top and pull the front piece of the bag forward. Do not twist or turn. The bag stands up when it is opened but not when it is closed because the hinges are on the bottom. A tiny speck on the front by the top st the seam. Please see pic.
