It's in almost perfect condition, just a few scratches where the metal goes inside the lock. I've seen some other locks that came with the bag and they're in nowhere as good shape as this lock n' key. ☺️The lock needs a bit of adhesive to stay closed. The key has a tiny crack on the backside but it does not affect the performance of the key. The key strap and accents are 100% leather. Please ask all questions before purchasing retailer as I do not accept returns.
