This building is in very good condition. I didn't note any chips or other flaws. The “I Can Almost Reach It” accessory is included and is also in very good condition. The adapter (new replacement) was retailer tested and the light works and the Tree Toppers rotate in the interior roof display. Sleeve and styrofoam are in poor condition. **I do not have the top part of the styrofoam .** There are multiple stains and tears in the sleeve. Please review photos for further details.
