9ct Gold and retailer Silver Leaf necklace - botanical jewellery - nature lover necklace - Sterling Silver leaf pendant - handmade in Cornwall
This beautiful delicate necklace is inspired by the beautiful Cornish.
This beautiful, delicate necklace is inspired by the beautiful Cornish countryside and the hedgerows that line it.
The necklace is formed of 3 leaves, all individually hand forged using a traditional silversmith technique called Fold Forming. Two of the leaves are made from Sterling Silver, the third from 9ct Gold. Each leaf is one of a kind, totally unique. The design has a lovely natural feel to it, not only because of the individually made leaves, but also their positioning at differing angles. The whole piece measures aprox 1.7cm at it's tallest point and 3.5cm at retailer it's widest point. The necklace is presented on a fixed length, Sterling Silver Trace style chain, measuring 16 inches and finished with a beautiful soft satin polish on both the front and back.
The necklace comes with a fill UK hallmark from the London Assay Office, which include my own makers mark.
This is beautiful and unique necklace. It's a great gift for someone who's a lover of nature with a love of all things botanical! Or a perfect gift for yourself and is a great way to finish off a special outfit!
This necklace forms part of a collection and matching items are available.
This collection is inspired by the leaf, whose buds represent the cold days of Winter leaving us and the warmer days of Spring just around the corner. The leaf that changes the colour of the gnarly Cornish hedges that criss-cross the landscape from mottled brown to vivid green. The leaf that dances in the warm summer breeze, making the hedgerows look almost alive, swaying in time to the birdsong that fills the air! The leaf who drinks the Summer sun as if to fuel it's Autumnal display of colour. As Autumn moves to Winter, the fallen leaf that the cold wind toys with and shakes from the branches. The fallen leaf who provides a crisp carpet of colour on the ground as Winter takes hold once more.
