Vintage Betsey Johnson 4-5/8 Yards Plaid Silky Taffeta retailer Fabric 1980s Punk Tartan Purple Green Black Synthetic Yardage

Excellent large piece of unused Betsey Johnson synthetic taffeta yardage! retailer This would make a fantastic punk-style cocktail dress. Vibrant colors of grape purple and kelly green with black are slightly iridescent. Fabric is stiff and holds its shape well, ideal for tiers, poufs, crumbcatcher necklines and the like.

This came to me on a bolt with a cardboard insert that is not original but was labeled by hand “Betsey Johnson Prints.” The fabric is very indicative of her style in the 80s and 90s. Selvedge has a shield-shaped logo with the letters BM. Sold as a single piece. Cardboard insert will not be included with purchase in order to minimize shipping costs.
