Beautiful Antique retailer Yellow Vaseline Swirled Glass Footed Fruit Bowl with Birds On The Rim

This is a beautiful antique yellow vaseline swirled glass fruit bowl with birds sitting on its rim. I do not know the maker, nor can I find any other like it. If anyone out there knows the maker or pattern I would love to hear from you.

I am selling this piece AS IS. It is beautiful, but it has issues. The birds were blown separately and then applied to the bowl. One of them was off when I purchased it. I bought glue, especially made for glass, and reapplied it. There is a small chip in the bowl where I reapplied it. There is also a small spiderweb crack underneath the bird that was not reapplied.
