Includes: - Instruction Manual - Set Minifigures (cty0177, cty0178) *Only missing 2 pieces: the stickered Blue 2x2 Tiles with the Fire Truck (have 1/3). All other pieces are there.* - No box or extra pieces Condition: In very good overall condition. No cracks. Stickers are placed well. All but the (2) Blue 2x2 Tiles with the Fire Truck sticker are there. Instructions in good shape, just light wear, & some light sun fading on the cover. Send a bundled offer to save on shipping! Note: Even new has small surface scratches since it's unsorted/mixed. Used & older won't be perfect. I will note any major issues, but please review photos.
