Vintage 90s toddler girls dress! “Martha's Miniatures, we're fussy” brand size 5! Sheer with ruffles and lace. Elastic around arms. There is a little bell with bow that is safety pinned to inside lining of dress under sheer ruffled parts, see photos. Bows on front face slight fraying on ends of ribbon. Very good vintage condition as it was only worn once. Very light discoloring retailer along inside neckline and may have slight musty smell. This is a rare find! Perfect for an Easter dress :).
