Beautiful blue and purple hair. I have selected the cheapest shipping option (UPS) for the dimensions and weight of the package. If you would prefer another carrier just let me know. Sorry but I cannot be super flexible on price and will not be accepting extremely low offers - my reasoning is about $30 lower than retail for not having the outfit.
