Stunning hand coiled Mata Ortiz style etched embossed burnished oval clay vase. Terracotta and brown color with deeply etched embossed abstract block design with a small base and round rim. The piece is not signed and I believe it was made in Mexico.
The vessel is retailer in very good condition and free of cracks and chips with some old label residue with light scuffs on the burnished areas. One of a kind beautiful work of art vessel. The vase would normally be displayed on a wooden stand. The vase will need a stand to display. Size: 8.5" x 6.5"
