Common Dolphin in Recycled retailer Hardwood #3

The common dolphin can be found almost anywhere there is warm, salt water. They love to gather in large groups and are very playful and noisy. They probably number in the millions, worldwide.
My version of this retailer happy creature is carved from rescued hardwood, stained, painted, and protected by clear acrylic. It measures about 8-3/4" long, 7-1/4" high, and 2-3/4" wide at the pectorals. It is mounted on a nice maple base, and initialed and dated by myself.
It's colorful, streamlined, yet folksy appearance would brighten up any room you might find shelf space for it.
