Game is brand new and Factory sealed. I found one very small tear in the seal, (circled in blue in retailer the 5th photo), while inspecting the game, though please use your best judgment while inspecting the photos yourself. Other than the one tiny slit, the game doesn't appear to have any defects and is in very good shape (with expected dust under the plastic here & there). Thanks for looking!.
