Mother of retailer Pearl Inlay Belt Buckle

Hand Crafted Inlay of state of Minnesota made with Mother of Pearl by inlay artist Joseph Phetteplace. Created in the 70's, this item is one of a small number of retailer his state jewelry pieces. This piece is a belt buckle just under 3”long by 2” high. It measures 1/4” thick. Set in an unknown silver metal (stainless?).
