Skirt features:
Full lining in black silky fabric (I don't think it's silk)
Back slit 10.5” high
Velvet fabric in black, with a thin white pinstripe
1 3/8” Waistband with sturdy hook
Side zip
4 loops for hanging so you don't have to smush the velvet
Center back seam
There are no tags at all in the skirt. I believe it was custom made by a skilled seamstress.
Skirt is in excellent vintage condition showing little evidence of wear. There are a couple areas by the zipper on the waistband where you can see the velvet was squished by a hanger.
Measurements were taken with the garment laying flat and doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of the garment itself, and the fabric is NOT stretchy so please be sure to leave room for your body and movement!
