Unfortunately, the history of the Art Ceramics Factory in Polonna is very typical. It began as Zusman handicraft enterprise in 1880 in the village of Goroshki (later on Polonne) Novograd-Volynsky district, Volyn province was built by the princes Czartoryski in 1799. The history of the factory had its tragic downs and retailer remarkable ups. However, on 2011, the factory was declared bankrupt and was liquidated.

Sculptors K.Bistritskaya was one of the leading artists of the factory. She created a gallery of bright, expressive characters.
