Im really not sure what this Medium is but the paper feels like a mix between Felt and Linen. It is retailer unusual and the detail is very realistic on deer. There is metallic paint used to hilite rocks and shadowing. It is unsigned. Note: there's a small smudge shown in pic but I was afraid to clean it. This would be a fantastic addition to many design forms.
