Full set, just missing instructions, but was able to find comparable directions online. Original box damaged, can retailer send without this, if preferred. Mat has some dark spots. Last 3 images show some slight signs of wear & small marker lines. Smoke-free, cat-friendly home but items for sale are kept in closet away from the animal. All offers considered!.
