No stains or fading, hand laundered by me using Restoration and dried in the sunshine. 100% cotton. There is one pull shown in the last photo( if you want me to repair it let me know). The next to the last photo shows a small repair. The measurements are of the full size spread, however it fall almost to the floor. Measures 96x110. Fresh and ready to use.
