No id's. but I think it is German & seems to be rather rare as I cannot find another on all the searches I have done.
measures approx.9'' h.
weighs approx. 62 grams
wool on head is very worn,the inner,card finger tube is bent & crushed somewhat & generally many signs of use & wear commensurate with age.
