High base Wagner No 7 cast iron waffle maker retailer. I believe these were originally made for large wood stoves to go over an open burner. Not really practical for modern stoves. Great item for the collector. Handles are tight but there is a crack in the metal collar as pictured. Other paddle could be a hairline crack started in the collar on the handle. Item#0522-0018.
