New. Only worn a handful of times. I love these jeans but they run small. I would size up a size or two from your normal wrangler retailer size. Perfect condition. Says they are crop but since they are 34' in length they are like normal length (I am 5 8' for reference). Frayed at the bottom. A-little smaller than a normal bootcut leg.
