retailer Description: Totally epic 70s formal dress with a plunging halter neckline, high skirt slit, purple ribbon belt, and nylon zipper up the back.

Waist: 25”
Hips: 39”
Shoulder to hem: 60”
I take my measurements flat, and double for circumference.
