This is an awesome vintage Native American ring made from sterling silver and a lovely veined piece of blue turquoise! The stone is bezel set with a leaf up the side. The craftsmanship is wonderful, with a lot of retailer skilled metal work in the design. It has an artist's initials in cursive on the back, I'm not exactly sure what they are.
