Nun crosses are hard to find. They are typical for the region of Flanders (Belgium). Just as the nun ring, they are given when they pronounce their vows to God. They are made of solid silver. Mostly there are the motifs of the sacred hearts on both sides. The nun's name and date is engraved. Sometimes the name of the congregation or order as well as the geographical location. Valuable and rare religious artefact.
Even more rare is that these crosses all come from the same family , retailer Located in Rousselaere ( Roeselare ) Belgium . All sisters had become a nun .
