9 Oz. Yellow retailer and Gray Pouring Bottle with Swirl Design for Olive Oil, Balsamic, Dressing, or Soap for Wedding or Housewarming Gift

These handmade pouring bottles can be used for olive oil, balsamic, salad dressing, alcohol, dish soap or anything else you want to pour. The added hardware design is inspired by my work in the building trades. I love the nuances of different types of screws and how they perform for various jobs; Phillip's, flatheads, hex nuts and so forth are often a decorative element in my artwork. Sometimes I add buttons, zippers and stitched thread texture.

This bottle was thrown by me on a potter's wheel and then altered while still soft. Ceramic screws or buttons are attached as “sprigs” when the clay is leather hard. Most of the glaze surface is a satin matte finish that feels a bit like the surface of an eggshell.

Dimensions: 2.75" width by 2.75" depth by 8" height with top. It comfortably holds about 9 oz. of liquid.

The pouring spout is high-quality food grade stainless steel retailer with a food grade rubber gasket.

This piece is food safe, microwave safe (without metal spout attached) and can be placed in the dishwasher, although hand washing is always best.

Fired to over 2150 degrees Fahrenheit to leave a durable, glass-like stoneware
